Technical Support:

All systems come with training videos that go over all the major aspects of setting up and operating your system. In addition we can also log in remotely to your system and assist you with any questions you may have.

Technical support is free for the first two months. After that support calls are billed at $5 for "quick fixes" or $10 for more time consuming issues.
A credit card will be required after the free first two months have passed.

For after hours or weekend support, its best to leave a voice mail and send an e-mail to Support, after hours and weekend support is not guaranteed to be timely.

Complete systems are generally shipped out within 6-7 business days - systems are shipped out via FedEx Ground.


Warranty Policy:

ALL systems are warrantied for a period of six months - any components that go bad through NORMAL use, can be exchanged within six months.
In addition most system components carry a full year manufacturer warranty.
The warranty does NOT cover customer caused damage or acts of nature. It is strongly suggested that each station be plugged into a battery back up (UPS) to prevent damage that can be caused by electrical surges etc. such damage is not covered under this warranty.

Inspect all system components upon receipt, items damaged in transit will be replaced right away. Any items that no longer perform properly after the initial install will be replaced per the terms of this warranty.

Warranty claimed items will be shipped by us to you with a pre-paid label for return shipping of defective unit.(U.S. only) A credit card authorization form may be required to be on file in the event you need to be charged for unreturned damaged merchandise. Replacement models may differ slightly from originals but will meet equal or greater specifications.


Refunds will only be given if requested before an order is fully processed, otherwise the terms of the above warranty apply unless extenuating circumstances merit an exception.
